Refunds and Returns Policy

In the highly unlikely event you would like to return your products bought online here at Frenchic Furniture Paint (within 14 days of receipt), please follow these simple steps. If you bought it at one of our stockists, please contact them individually for their specific returns policy.

Please note, the product itself must be unopened and in it’s original packaging, with no other damage or markings applied.

1. Please email us at customerservice@frenchicpaint.co.uk with ‘RETURNS: [Order Number]’ as the subject, informing us you would like to return one (or more) of your items. You can find your order number on the emails we sent you when the product(s) were purchased and/or dispatched.

2. You will need to arrange, at your own cost, to return the product(s) to the address below. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service:

3. Once the parcel is received here at Frenchic, we will check it is in saleable condition and then arrange for a refund to be processed for you. A notification will be sent to the email address on your order.

4. The refund is then returned to you via the payment method you used (PayPal or WorldPay/Visa etc). We do not have any control over the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account but it can take up to 10 working days.
