Refund Policy

In the highly unlikely event you would like to return your products bought online here at Frenchic Furniture Paint (within 14 days of purchase), please follow these simple steps. If you bought it at one of our stockists, please contact them individually for their specific returns policy.

Please note, the product itself must be unopened and in it’s original packaging, with no other damage or markings applied.

1. Please email us at customerservice@frenchicpaint.co.uk with ‘RETURNS: [Order Number]’ as the subject, informing us you would like to return one (or more) of your items. You can find your order number on the invoice email we sent you when the product(s) were purchased.

2. We will then contact you to assess what the problem may be, and if a return is indeed needed.

3. If a return/refund is indeed needed, we will arrange with you to send the item back to us.

4. Once the item is received here at Frenchic, we will contact you again and to let you know your item is received and the necessary steps to refund your purchase

5. The money is then returned to you via the payment method you used (PayPal or WorldPay)
