Dip-dyed Egg Delight

For a unique and surprisingly simple way to decorate your Easter eggs simply take some hard-boiled eggs and gently submerge them into a tin of paint.

1. I used some paint that I have already used around my home, like soft, earthy Suede which I have used in the lounge. This creates a lovely sense of cohesion and means you don’t have to buy extra paint.

2. Once the eggs are coated, carefully remove them and allow them to dry completely on some newspaper.

3. For an extra touch of spring, why not add delicate floral details?

4. Using a cocktail stick, you can gently scratch away some of the paint to reveal the white shell underneath, to create your flowers or paint your eggs white and add the decoration on top.

Jar Glow-Up: Simple Centrepieces with a Pop of Colour

1. Grab some glass jars - I got mine from my local charity shop. Arrange a few jars of different sizes together for a simple yet stunning Easter table centrepiece.

2. Clean the jars thoroughly. Grab a little leftover paint if you have it like this Olivia, which is the same paint as I used on my front door, for a touch of coordinated elegance.

3. Paint the outside of your clean jars with your chosen colour. You might need a couple of coats to cover completely.

4. Once dry, these painted jars are perfect for adding flowers, delicate fairy lights, or even mini chocolate eggs

Air-dried Clay Easter Bunnies

Get your hands a little messy and create adorable bunny decorations using air dry clay. This is a fantastic craft that kids will love!

1. Simply roll out your clay to a manageable thickness and use a bunny-shaped template (you can draw one yourself on a piece of paper or find one online) to cut out your shapes

2. Once your bunnies are cut, let them air dry completely. With some paint match your bunnies to the rest of your Easter décor or let little ones choose the own colours!

I even made it into a little garland using an old book page from a charity shop. Super sweet and simple.

Whether you manage a quiet crafting moment for yourself or enjoy a full-on family session, these three easy and beautiful ways to celebrate the Easter season prove that you don't need lots of fancy supplies to create something special. So grab yourself a brush and get crafting.
