How do I join The Frenchic Club?
Joining is easy and free! Simply create an account on the register page by entering your name, email, and password. Don’t forget to sign up to receive emails from us as that’s how we’ll keep you updated with all the latest Frenchic Club news along with sharing your Frenhic Club perks.
If you have an account, you’ve already been enrolled into The Frenchic Club so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning points!
What benefits do I get as a member of The Frenchic Club?
Our Club is tiered, which mean the more you engage, the more perks you earn. As well as receiving points for every purchase (which you can redeem for Frenchic Club vouchers to use against future purchases), you can also earn points for other activities, such as referring a friend and following us on social media. We even give you the gift of points on your birthday!
As well as earning points, members have the chance to earn extra rewards such as exclusive access to promotions and free shipping coupons. View the full list of perks on our Frenchic Club page.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
No, we’ve done that for you! If you have an active account, then we’ve automatically enrolled you and you’re all set to start earning points. If you have more than one account with us, you’ll only have one Frenchic Club account.
Where can I find my rewards info?
The rewards page has all the info on points and perks. To see how it’s looking, visit our Frenchic Club page and log in.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You’ll only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Be sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts and points?
Contact customerservice@frenchicpaint.co.uk and we’ll be happy to review and merge your accounts.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Joining The Frenchic Club is free, and it doesn’t cost you anything to earn points. Visit The Frenchic Club page to get started.
What are the easy ways to earn points and rewards?
For starters – you’ll get a reward for joining The Frenchic Club. Aside from earning points every time you buy, you can tell us your birthday or engage with us on social media to earn points too. Find out more in the ‘Share the love and earn rewards’ section on our Frenchic Club page.
Can I earn points when I buy at a shop that stocks Frenchic?
Yes! We want to make sure you’re collecting points on all purchases, whether you choose to shop online with us or with a Frenchic stockist.
If you buy from a stockist, make sure you ask for a receipt. You’ll need to take a photo of it (make sure you taken the photo in good light and the details on the receipt are clear) and upload it. Just log into your Frenchic Club account and scroll down to the ‘Shopping in store’ section. We’ll review your receipt and add the points you’ve earned onto your account.
How much are my points worth?
When you first join The Frenchic Club, you’ll start of in the Fan tier where every £1 spent will equal 1 point. As you move into the Friend and Family tiers, you’ll be able to able points even faster.
Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem the for vouchers:
- If you have 200 points, you can redeem a £10 voucher
- If you have 500 points, you can redeem a £25 voucher
- If you have 1,000 points, you can redeem a £50 voucher
Your points can only be exchanged for a Frenchic Club voucher – there’s no cash alternative.

How do I redeem my points?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit The Frenchic Club page to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to convert your points to a reward.
Will I be able to use my redeemed points / vouchers in shops that sell Frenchic?
Unfortunately, you can’t use any Frenchic Club vouchers when shopping at a Frenchic stockist. You can only redeem your Frenchic Club points and spend your vouchers when you shop online with us at www.frenchicpaint.co.uk.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part about The Frenchic Club! There’s lots of opportunity to earn points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online.
Can I redeem my points in one go?
Yes, you can exchange all your points in one go and redeem multiple Frenchic Club vouchers. But you need to have enough points for the voucher you want to redeem. For example, if you have 450 points, you can redeem either the £10 or the £25 Frenchic Club voucher.
Can I use my Frenchic Club vouchers in one go?
While you can redeem all your points in one go, you can only apply one voucher at a time in your shopping basket. So even if you have multiple vouchers, you can’t use them all in a single purchase.
Keep in mind that we may send you exclusive coupons too, and you can’t use coupons and redemption vouchers at the same time.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will automatically expire 365 days after they are earned. We’ll remind you in plenty of time before they expire, so you have a chance to use them before you lose them!
What happens if I return my order?
If you return your order, any points that you earned from the purchase will be removed from your Frenchic Club account. The points you have in your Frenchic Club account will be automatically adjusted to reflect any returns and refunds.
Can I return my order if paid for it using a Frenchic Club voucher?
Yes, you can still return your order even if you used a Frenchic Club voucher when you checked out. We’ll add those points back to your Frenchic Club account.
I earned points and went up to a new tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen?
If you pay for your purchase with a Frenchic Club voucher and decide to return the item, you’ll receive a refund in the usual way, and we’ll add the points that you used back to your Frenchic Club account.
For example, if you make a purchase for £100 and pay £90 on your credit card and use a £10 Frenchic Club voucher, then you’ll receive a £90 refund back to your credit card and we’ll add the equivalent points for you £10 voucher back to your Frenchic Club account.
If a return causes your total points or spend to fall below the threshold of your current Frenchic Club VIP tier, you’ll be downgraded to the lower tier. But you’ll have lots of opportunities to move back up into a higher tier!
How is my Frenchic Club tier determined?
Once you’ve joined The Frenchic Club, you’ll be in our Fan, Friend or Family membership tier for one year from the date you earned it. To keep your tier status (or to move up a tier), you’ll need to keep on interacting with The Frenchic Club.
When you first join, you’ll automatically join our lowest Frenchic Club membership tier – Fan.
You’ll move up a tier once you’ve earned enough points to meet the threshold and you’ll need to spend a certain amount to stay in the higher membership tiers:
To stay in the Friend tier, you’ll need to spend £200 or more.
To stay in the Family tier, you’ll need to spend £500 or more.
Once you qualify, you’ll instantly move up and have access to all the new Frenchic Club perks for the rest of the rolling year. As you move up the membership tiers, you’ll keep all benefits from your previous tier.
How do I know which membership tier I’m in?
When you are signed into your Frenchic Club account, your home page will show which tier you’re in and how many points you have. You’ll also see all the membership tiers – and the tier you’re in is highlighted with a red box.
What are ‘Exclusive early access & VIP-only offers’?
As a Friend or Family tier member, you’ll also receive advance notification, special offers and new products ahead of everyone else! That means you have first dibs on all the best sales and exciting Frenchic news!
We don’t want you to miss on a thing so don’t forget to sign up to our mailing list. That’s how we’ll keep you up to date with the Frenchic Club including exclusive offers, bonus points or coupons.
How will I know when I have reached a new membership tier?
When your total points move you into a new membership tier, we’ll send you an email welcoming you to your new tier and telling you about your new perks. If you’re moving up to the Friend or Family tier, the email will also include a unique code for your free shipping perk. The number of times you can apply your free shipping perk depends on which tier you’re in.
Don’t forget, you can’t use coupons and redemption vouchers at the same time.
How do I get a birthday reward?
Tell us your birthday in the ‘earn rewards’ section on your Frenchic Club homepage and we’ll send you a special birthday discount code to help you celebrate! It’s valid for 30 days from the date of your birthday.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Double-check you were signed into your rewards account when you bought and didn’t check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points.
If you checked out as a guest in error, contact customerservice@frenchicpaint.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do. We can’t guarantee that we can apply points you could have earned.
You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is cancelled for any reason. Any points you earn on a purchase that you later decide to return will be deducted from your points balance.
I should have earned points for a purchase, but I didn’t see my account balance change. What’s happened?
If you’re logged in when your purchase, your Frenchic Club points will be right where they should be…in your Frenchic Club account! Please note that there may be a delay and points could take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to appear in your account.
If you’ve waited a little while but feel like they’re not showing up in your Frenchic Club account, trying these troubleshooting tricks:
- Refresh your browser
- Log out of your account and then back in
- Check your ‘Rewards history’ on your Frenchic Club homepage to see if the points were added without you realising it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show the points you’ve earned and how and when they were earned, as well as any points redemptions you’ve made
If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact customerservice@frenchicpaint.co.uk and we’ll look into it for you.
I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?
Sorry to hear that. There are a couple of things that can trigger an error message:
- A mistake in one of the email addresses that you entered
- Or, if you added more than one email address, you may have forgotten to use a comma between each of them to separate them
To eliminate any confusion, double check the email address you entered; and if you added more than one, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than adding all of them at once.
If you’re still having problems recommending a friend, use your unique referral link instead. If you still need a hand, please contact customerservice@frenchicpaint.co.uk.
I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points for it. Is there something else I need to do?
Thanks so much for sharing the love – we really appreciate it!
Referred friends must be new customers to Frenchic in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. And, the referral must be made either using the Recommend a Friend referral box on your personal Frenchic Club homepage or by using your unique referral link (you’ll find that in the same place).
You’ll receive your points as soon as your friend makes their first purchase – don’t forget they’ll need to spend £30 or more at www.frenchicpaint.co.uk.
As soon as they’ve purchased, you’ll receive an email letting you know that one of your friends made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards history’ to see a list of any points you’ve received.
I shared my birthday but haven’t receive my birthday discount.
Thanks for sharing your birthday with us – we look forward to celebrating it with you with extra-special birthday points. To receive your points on your birthday, you must tell us your birthday at least 30 days prior to the actual date.
If your birthday falls between the day that you told us and the 30-day waiting period, you’ll receive your birthday points 30 days after the date you told us. This delay only applies in the first year. All successive birthday points will be emailed to you on your birthday.
If you share your birthday after it’s happened, we won’t send your birthday points until your next birthday.
Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the membership tier you’re in on the date of your birthday.
If it has been more than 30 days since you told us your birthday and you haven’t received your birthday points, please contact customerservice@frenchicpaint.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
I’ve uploaded my receipt from shopping at a Frenchic stockist but can’t see the points in my account.
We’re really pleased to hear you’ve purchased from a local stockist! All receipts that are uploaded are manually checked to ensure the appropriate points are added, and to avoid any instances of fraud. This means there will be a slight delay in these points appearing in your Frenchic Club account.
The Frenchic Club small print
Frenchic Club points can be earned each time you purchase a valid Frenchic product, or by a variety of engagements with us. Full details can be found on The Frenchic Club page.
You can also earn Frenchic Club points when you buy a valid Frenchic product from an authorised Frenchic stockist. We maintain a list of all participating stockists and products for manual validation. Purchases made on online reseller platforms are excluded. To receive points for these purchases, you must upload a clear and valid receipt. We perform manual checks on all receipts to make sure they are valid and will then apply the appropriate number of points to your Frenchic Club account.
Frenchic Club points can only be exchanged or redeemed on our website, www.frenchicpaint.co.uk.
All our Frenchic Club points, discount codes and redemption vouchers are non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. They have no cash value and no alternative is on offer.
If we feel any of our Frenchic Club members are trying to beat the system, we reserve the right to close accounts at any time, and at our discretion.
We reserve the right to amend earning opportunities, rewards and tier perks at any time and with no notice. Should we amend the expiry date for points, we will tell you in good time.
