Delivery & Returns

Our warehouse is open to process and despatch orders 7 days a week. All orders received by 3pm will usually be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be despatched the following day. We aim to deliver orders within 1-2 days to most Mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may take longer to arrive.

 Please note that while we process and despatch orders every day, some of our couriers deliver 6 days a week and their schedule will determine the date of your delivery.  As soon as your order is ready for despatch, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Once your order is on its way, our courier will contact you will update on your delivery and where possible, will provide an estimated delivery slot.  * Some items are dispatched via Royal Mail and may take longer. Sample sachets and Colour Charts - free shipping via Royal Mail.

Cancellations and Returns

 You can cancel your order for your Frenchic goods at no cost before we despatch your items. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us by emailing customerservice@frenchicpaint.co.uk, by calling us on 01276 469757 or by notifying us in writing. Please note that our Customer Service department is open from 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, at weekends or Bank Holidays, a cancellation request may not be seen in time to prevent the order from being despatched.

 Additionally, you can also cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery of the items without giving any reason and receive a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them to us. Personalised items or custom ordered goods cannot be returned.
