Frenchic in 2025: A Year to Remember

Frenchic in 2025: A Year to Remember

The past twelve months have flown by in a blur of exciting activities, shared moments and new ideas brought to life for Frenchic.

Let’s rewind and remind ourselves of some of the standout moments from 2025, from growing together as a community to unveiling new additions in the Frenchic range. It’s been an incredible year, and one we won’t forget in a hurry!

Meet the Frenchic Experts

In 2025, we introduced you to the Frenchic Experts. This team of long-standing lovers of all things Frenchic share their advice, creativity and inspiration with our Frenchic fans.

From colour psychology and trend-led palettes to furniture painting techniques and practical DIY ideas, the Experts have brought a wealth of practical advice and know-how into the Frenchic community.

Karen Jones travelled across the country hosting hands-on workshops with stockists, helping showcase artisan finishes and decorative effects in person. The launch was also marked by a fun-filled press day in London at the Ham Yard Hotel, giving media and partners an exclusive introduction to the Experts and the ideas behind the initiative.

Alongside this, we released the Experts Colour Collection. 12 curated palettes have been hand-picked by the Experts themselves, making it easier for you to combine shades with confidence and achieve beautifully balanced, personality-led interiors. Colour Consultant, Jen Devaney, also selected our 2025 colour of the year, Boho Berry.

Exciting new launches

We're always on the lookout for new colours and products and 2025 was no exception, with the limited-edition 10th anniversary collection. Hand-picked by our Frenchic Experts, these 10 Chalk Wall Paint colours were added to our Al Fresco collection:

That was paired with two new bundles for our now-famous beam hack. To make it even easier to get a light oak look on ceiling beams, we’ve bundled our Al Fresco Crème de la Crème, Browning Wax and a Small Wax Brush into the Original Beam Hack bundle.

We’ve also put together a No Beam, Beam Hack bundle for a hard-wearing light-oak finish on surfaces around the home. From doors and windowsills to staircase bannisters, this has become an increasingly popular trick among Frenchic fans.

Supporting mental health with Samaritans

Mindfulness, mental health and wellbeing are close to our hearts at Frenchic. That’s why we’re proud of our ongoing partnership with Samaritans, the UK charity that offers emotional support to anyone struggling to cope, 365 days a year. Through our Samaritans Colour Collection, we celebrate the power of colour and creativity to soothe, inspire and bring calm to everyday spaces.

For every tin sold from this collection, 10% of the sale is donated directly to Samaritans to help fund their vital work supporting mental health and suicide prevention across the UK.

We’re incredibly proud of what the Frenchic community has achieved together so far, with over £30,000 raised to support Samaritans and their life-changing services.

Going beyond paint colours

Of course, we know that there’s more to painting than the paint itself!

That’s why we also launched two new colour charts, making it easier to pick your favourite Frenchic products. The Colour Collection chart showcases our Wall Paint & Trim Paint ranges. Or take a look at the Creative Collection chart to see Al Fresco, Lazy Range and Original Artisan shades.

We also made it easier for you to see all our wonderful colours in situ. Previously, you’d have to use multiple brushes or wash your brush in-between different colours to paint samples onto your wall. In 2025, we launched Peel & Stick Paint samples, so there’s no marks or mess.

And did we mention our new Self-Adhesive Vinyl Wraps?

This was a brand-new look for 2025, offering a simple, effective way to update and renew surfaces. They’re available in a range of finishes including stone, marble and natural wood. As you can expect from Frenchic, they’re easy to apply and highly durable with heat resistance up to 70°C!

That’s all topped off with a reduced shipping fee for 2025 and beyond. We’ve cut delivery from £6.95 to just £2.99 for standard online orders, so it’s easier than ever to get your hands on Frenchic paints, wraps and other accessories.

Frenchic’s Happy Place

Summer is festival season in the UK, and Frenchic was delighted to be a part of it. We sponsored Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Festival, held at London’s Gunnersbury Park on 13th July and Cheshire’s Tatton Park on 30th-31st August. We had stands at both locations with workshops to spread the word about our fantastic range of products.

To mark the partnership, we also introduced an exclusive “Feel-Good” Festival Colour Collection. This joyful collection of feel-good shades is designed to uplift, soothe and energise. It comprises eight hand-picked colours, including two of our Samaritans range:

2025: An award-winning year for Frenchic

As the year draws to a close, we’re delighted to say that Frenchic is (once again) an award-winning brand. In 2025, our Chalk Wall Paint range won the Ideal Home Awards for Best Paint Range in the Living Rooms category. Additionally, our Al Fresco range was named the Best Paint Range in the Garden category.

That’s capped off a fantastic year. As always, we want to thank our many supporters and Frenchic fans across the world. Here’s to even more upcycling and decorating fun in 2026 and beyond!
